The weather factor is something that weighed strongly in my list of negatives about the area but it is still a great place to live and the OKC area is growing.It was also difficult for me to understand the concept of the real estate market in the midwest.

Customer service folks are not physically at the assembly factory, so they said there was no way to check where the missing cabinets were in production.

He said through robots and automation he has cut his staff from 17,000 3 years ago to 7500 today.. now granted those machines he buys are a million a piece.. and one factory I looked at personally in Malaysia had over 100 of them on the floor..

Allio them Lenoir North Carolina it used to be called the furniture capital of the world, in the last 10 years the furniture factories have almost completely went out of business.

I would say one of my gutsiest moves was leaving Oregon and landing in Detroit doing HML s for CA investors.this was 2002 and it was all BRRR rate and term refi.. when it worked we printed money I mean lots of income. other one was being the one of the  first builder in 20 years to build a spec home on the North west side of Charleston SC northwest of America st and behind the old cigar factory in what was the hood..

Another factor is that you've already gone way down the path of viewing theme and negotiating numbers, and so if you brought an agent on now they may not be considered the Procuring Cause.As for whether or not you should bring on an agent to represent you, I would say that depends on how much experience you have doing deals.
