Maybe because I met the PM first or because the contract was simple and direct.As I review the boilerplate of the recent PM contract I see that "the Broker (PM) assumes no liability" and the "Owner shall indemnify, defend and save Broker harmless . ." and "Owner shall pay all fines, penalties, expenses  . . . with any claim, proceeding or suit . . .
