Land is scarce, development is limited by resources and decade after decade the millionires are kicked out by the billionaires..truly.Anyway, that's my view, it's a long term hold view in an idyllic spot that few people will be able to attain ownership in.

I mean material as recently as late 2022 was totally off-base-- the real estate rookie bootcamp, you had porfer Morby on here, the Carl twins that promote STR as recession proof, the list goes on.

@Lucas Carl I was being realistic when using the word multi. 

Billionaires are miserable too.

wasn't the billionaire(s)...not sure, the one I'm aware of was Donald Trump and he openly admitted that he let his guard down, if i'm not mistaken.

I am arguing that the path to real wealth should not be argued in generalities as there are real life examples of billionaires within real estate AND stock investors. 

When someone who works for the company they are promoting without saying they work there, you have to wonder.People like @January Johnson, @Avery Carl or @Luke Carl also give advice and offer themselves up for their services and expertise, but state it clearly in their signatures who they are and where they work.
