I’ll say that I’m convinced these are real people, but still think the multiple posts from new user profiles that have never posted before warrants any investors suspicion.

Tenants can overload washers so if I supply washer and dry I specify on the lease that they are not warranted...it breaks you fix it.

Also pay close attention to see if there is any illegal activity taking place at the property , I would check if tenants had warrants and also be aware of any tresspassing.
