Tenants can overload washers so if I supply washer and dry I specify on the lease that they are not warranted...it breaks you fix it.

Also pay close attention to see if there is any illegal activity taking place at the property , I would check if tenants had warrants and also be aware of any tresspassing.

I got a really good vibe about his professionalism and although he did note that he is more on the expensive side, I think the services he provides and his reputation of being one of the best in the market warrant the premium.LIV Indy was also a great interview, although largely different than Harvey Property Management Group.

You basically need to purchase in a new-build neighborhood of "free-standing" townhomes (usually not next to the lake) or get into a non-warrantable condo to get near the lake.
