The hardest part for me isn't the clouds or rain, it's the short days of winter.

We ALL know that when anyone mentions motivated seller leads I show up in a cloud of blue smoke.Yes, money money money.

Now I guess the main reason many people dislike wholesalers is that they have a way of Clouding the water in a lot of ways.

I'd probably ask the title company if they'd accept a deed from the Grantee on the wild deed to extinguish the cloud on title.

It is like Excel, but it is free and lives in the Cloud. 

Mind you, it has its limits as, over time, the stock market and real estate go up together since they’re both tied to the health of the economy.I invest in both but I invest in real estate internationally and not in the US at this point.I think the US  is an awesome market to invest in real estate generally speaking but I think right now is not the time, for me right now, as I see a huge potential cloud on the horizon.

If you're wanting to stick with the MLS, you might consider nearby St Cloud which can work and has a university, etc.
