Do we use a software like Tenant Cloud to manage the properties and just hire someone to do things like showings, tenant turnover, and maintenance runs.

One cloud is job diversity for me as my mentor is asking me for more data on this.  

I'm starting to think she does this professionally and is a real estate "ambulance chaser".

First thing a title insurance company is going to do on a deal is run a title report and notify all parties of any clouds on title like the property being condemned.
