Some, possibly many landlords, are in for a big disappointment.

our show room is in the Mall.. just like apple.Plus and I don't think for me this can be minimized.. the dealer experience is just so draining and disappointing.. no one gets the same deal. so your forced to sit there and dicker for hours.. then they hand you over to the manger to close you then they hand you off to the finance manager to up sell you even if you pay cash they are trying to sell you things you don't need.. 

@Lisa Phillips I will certainly be on the look out for what you described and @Sharon Tzib your analogy makes complete sense so I will proceed with caution and will not be surprised or disappointed it that is the case.

But, I did flew into Houston from LA, 2 weeks ago... only to face nothing but disappointment.

Very disappointed, but learned a valuable lesson for $500.

Forget 8 hour days watching the clock.Have a voracious appetite for knowledge (and later wisdom that comes from experience).Get out there and network.If you do all of that well, 10, 15, 30 years from now, you won't be disappointed or have regrets. 

I'm disappointed, as there were at least 4 much more comparable sales within the past 3 months that would have given us the value we needed, but perhaps we just got stuck with a lazy appraiser this time around.

I would like to look into the Topsail area, as their beaches have never disappointed.
