However I am very busy with my profession.

and once a realtor gets a sellers listing into mls very little differentiates one listing from another. understandably every licensed profession tries to protect its turf. doctors lawyers realtors etc. and this Pam woman what does she charge for pm services? 

However; there have always been alot of great women on the site, in all trades, professions, etc. , offering up great advice, and sharing our experiences.

This will be incredibly helpful as you will know if they are working during this time and WHERE they are working, which could be important.3) Ask for their profession - Again, knowing what they do will be helpful.

Doesn't really matter what profession, surround yourself with successful people.

I expect people to dress commensurate with their profession and/or their peers.And if someone refuses to work with me because of the way I dress, I would be OK with that.

Find greater efficiencies in my operations and processes so I minimize the waste of time and optimize the quality of work I get from contractors, RE professions, etc. for fees that I pay them.Invest in larger deals without sacrificing return. 

Anyway would love to hear how your strategies have changed over your time in this profession. 

I am inexperienced with the real estate professions (obviously), and will keep these recommendations in mind.
