You hire people to do things that they profess to be competent at.  

I would also judge based on whether they could get a job in your area based on profession and your economy.

Part of what makes wholesaling different than other professions is low barrier to entry.

Maybe its time to change professions and become a professional ambulance chaser (I.e., a realtor). 

Not all doctors and nurses in the medical profession care about people being heal.

Jumping into PM without an education or the established policies and procedures is why our profession has a bad rap.

If you do not spend capital, you will not be successful. 90% of licensees drop out of the profession in under a year, and almost 90% of the remaining drop out in year 2. 

I am sure they could pay rent because the profession pays well.
