if you have a smart phone there is no reason that you should not be getting back with cliens/investors.

Basically, all you need is a smart phone and the numbers of persons to call or text.  

I was able to connect it to the WiFi and print from my smartphone to it. 

I have always done some notes and then scanned in receipts and other documents (now I scan everything - so all records are electronic).If you want to get fancy with an iPad / smart phone app, Happy Co is some awesome inspection software that would could do some amazing documentation with (both safety and condition report inspections).Hope this helps.

With technology now, all you need is a smartphone.

I can do all this with a few taps on my smartphone within minutes.

Must also have smart phone to take photos of work completed & text for rapid communication.
