You purchased shortly before the Great Recession (GR), they bought shortly after the GR.The duplex I purchased in 2012 for $302k is worth over $1m.note that duplex would produce higher rent than your $900k Carlsbad RE   Also Chula Vista is gentrifying more than virtually all other San Diego communities   This is because 1) the large bay front redevelopment 2) west Chula Vista is some of the cheapest bay/ocean property for many hundred miles  3) Chula Vista is unusual in coastal is less expensive than inland,  this results in coastal Chula Vista possibly being an opportunity.It is my belief the price is slightly high.  

It's our belief that one of the larger risk factors is if a REIT or regional player drops a 70k-200k sqft facility down the street.

The human brain is always in 100% support of it's host, so if you say you can't ___, your brain cements that as a fact, and places into subconsciousness that it is a fact that you can not, which reinforces your beliefs, and it becomes a spiral of a self-fulfilling prophecy. 

I can withstand their nonsense, I know I'm setting mine up with a fundamental belief in things are earned, patience,  and everything in between.

I don’t know if Jerryll’s method is the only way to obtain leads efficiently, but I hope everyone else beliefs him so I can stop getting solicitations! 

I also religiously go to many food at pantries to pick organic food.

The other driver's insurance had to be fairly sure that their driver was not telling the truth, but it served them no purpose to behave on that belief. 

Find that belief in yourself, take that risk, act, move, do something to build a new you.

My own belief, but not necessarily my desire, is that it will be 7 years or less.
