I've heard good things about Spartan Invest as well, but haven't worked with them directly.You have to be careful in Birmingham, though - it's a pretty depressed market, especially around the city center.

I'm not going to pretend that profiteering doesn't exist nor isn't a problem, but CA isn't solving any problems with their current legislation hopefully OR is doing better.All of the grants CA is pledging for low income housing just allows developers to create non profits, force cities to let them build monstrous apartment complexes, hold them for a few years and then sell them to a for profit entity for a depressed value based on the limited income.

There has been no building of my business, the only thing I did was see an incredibly depressed housing market, and bought distressed properties at an even bigger discount.
