I just found out today that my VR listing is being advertised on Craig list without my knowledge.A lady and her kids just showed up on my VR today as I was expecting new guests to check in claiming that she booked my VR through Craig list and showed me proof of her transaction and the exchange of emails with this person who has been posing as my “manager” for my property.

BUT... in 10 years, we may see a complete disruption in this kind of work as cars and trucks become self-autonomous.HOWEVER, today, this is a totally different story.Here in NYC, 42nd Street, Manhattan used to be a Skid Row with lots of Video Porn shops, maybe even low income housing, etc.Same with a lot of other neighborhoods everywhere in NYC, especially in Bed-Stuy.What was even worse was that there was a Purge in Mental Institutions back in the 60s or earlier, I believe.

Not long ago I found myself pretty burned out by the Biz, but my VR portfolio is creating enough income for me to live on, so I've taken a step back and am focused on real estate now - I've been enjoying skipping the 4am wake-ups!  

I'd also get on the local Facebook group for VR owners in my area and see if they have recommendations.

My own experience of renting a 3 bathroom VR with my 8 ski buddies is that 8 people sharing even 3 bathrooms is difficult.

Most VR liability insurance (such as Proper) won’t protect you if you’re using uninsured cleaners & they get injured on your property.

I consider it good luck if I find porn. 

I went in and fixed it in about 5 minutes, but I noticed a collection of porn movies (that were not the ones I provide) and some sex toys.
