However, I understand that most people in general are greedy, lazy, and selfish, and that to me is self evident and no need to explain in detail.

That the property is about to go to a Tax sale foreclosure auction, back taxes dues and increasing each month are over $8k and the widow would probably clear less than $25k.If the kids(four of them) insist on a share of that money from an 80+ year old widow with health problems, well, then they are just selfish.

Owners who have medium to big dogs trapped in small spaces are being selfish in my opinion and thinking of themselves more than the animals quality of life.Speaking of dogs my mom has a silky terrier (penny) who is 20 years old!
