I would set up the account tomorrow after they agree to sign, but entering in all the of the check routing info in front of them through my smart phone after they agree to sign a lease seems unwise.I guess I am wondering if anyone has used Cozy to collect deposit and first month's rent and how that coordinated with the lease signing/handing over of keys?

The clients had their poop together and one simple fast email everything was sent and cleared.For me the biggest hurdle is getting documents, everyone uses smart phones and thinks a screen shot or camera phone picture works.

They can execute the entire document with just a click of their mouse (or finger, on a smartphone).Meanwhile, I can see exactly when they viewed the document and when they signed the document, plus we'll both (automatically) receive the final fully-executed document once all the signatures have been gathered.
