At your age, it will be nearly impossible to acquire property anyhow, you have a golden opportunity to educate yourself for a few years and be light years ahead of your peers.

They would pay him $100,000 or whatever the number was, and he would explain the inner workings of doing business in Russia successfully.So the clients pays, he cashes the check, sits down with them at a table in his office, and gives them the golden nugget.

I just came to the conclusion awhile back that instantaneously drowning in money every month from my current income, while enjoying 2-3x the standard of living sounded a lot more appealing than being a 7 minute drive to Golden Gardens!
