There is no gas, no oil changes, no brake jobs (regenerative braking provides most of the stopping power), no alternator, no spark plugs, no exhaust system, no belts, etc. 

The better areas appreciate faster whereas the suspect areas might have greater cash flow but you also have more headache and less chance of the area transforming over time.I like to keep my life stress free.

I took a HUGE leap to break the barrier and create new construction there and we are super proud of it.. a few others followed us in and or were hitting it when we were and its just awesome to see the transformation.. of course some of the locals do complaining because their neighborhood is radically gentrifying but I can tell you the sellers i am paying 100 to 150k for their lots each..

I buy duplexes, which are fairly simple and for $10k-12k per side I can transform it to like new status if need be.  

The respect they give because they know I tried, sparks great conversations!

And I’m currently looking here in this area to get started as I have grown up here and watched the current boom here transform.

Normal oxygen (O2) you breathe in your house is transformed into ozone (O3) via the electric current.

But with the time off, I have been thinking hard about what I really want to do and it has sparked a passion in me to do something bigger.
