Is there an opportunity to package this in with Disney tix, events or concerts? 

There is just a ton of Airbnbs in the area and I would say overall moderate draw (concerts, reds/bengals/FC Cincinnati, creation museum, children's hospital).  

We were there just last weekend and across from our hotel in Bricktown was an independent musician concert of sorts, and the line was down the block to get in,Some other facts about the city:Unemployment is some of the lowest in the nation (~3%)Despite the energy industry issues in 2015, they posted positive job growth.Oklahoma is very landlord friendly.Oklahoma allows for a charging order as the exclusive and only remedy of a creditor.Oklahoma offers unlimited homestead exemption (nice if you reside there).So, we decided to start building a team in the area, and we have connected with realtors, lawyers, property managers and general contractors and we are currently looking for good property.  

They are investor friendly, and do give out loans for construction that concert to long term conventional loans at slightly higher rates than the current market rates, but much lower than hard money lenders' rates.

@Matt HubertI’m a bit bias but I like Tampa because we have 3 pro sports teams, big concerts and festivals, gulf beaches, spring break/spring training, and two downtowns (Tampa and Saint Pete) so there is a lot of draw to the area besides one thing.

I just need to make a concerted effort to ask them, so they'll let me know.

The host cities generally treat Super Bowls like any capacity event, and they host dozens (from NFL games, to monster truck rallies, to concerts) throughout the year, so the Super Bowl is just one more game in an already busy stadium schedule for the host cities. 

First house was rented smoothly, but the second one has been on the market for 77 days now, which is very concerting.

The tenant has to know above buying the kids fancy shoes, paying the cable bill, paying the expensive car note, buying new clothes, new tv, vacation, concert that if rent isn't paid they will be homeless.Condition the tenant to screw everyone else if it comes to that but you get your rent on time or they are out.

I met a girl at a concert and, after a date or two, decided I couldn't couldn't keep picking her up in that car.
