If the fee reoccurs it is typically in the forms of a small pet rent usually about 15-25$/month and I have seen this number begin to increase over the years. 

How much reoccurring income do you need at 35yo to consider yourself financially independent.  

Refrigerators accessories and garbage disposals are my biggest reoccurring issues.

Lower expenses by canceling reoccurring expenses (gym, Xbox live, Netflix, Apple Music and so on) eat at home things like that the little things add up I recommend budgeting and tracking to see where you can make those cuts.

@Skye Anderson I’m not sure why you are counting the first two expenses as reoccurring annually.

Because of the behavior of the occupants you believe that this could reoccur. 

I'm not talking about a regular 9-5 job, but wondering if any of you have other things you do that generate a reoccurring income for you?

I do not offer quick cleans or reoccuring services, so my perspective is from providing high quality tesults.
