I haven't created one yet, but I recently listened to Vacation Rental Success podcast interview with Alan Egan, who is working on building a VR community of owners.

My second VR was financed through a small local bank - which was located in a totally different part of the country from the house!  

Definitely one of my major fears as an STR/VR owner and operator!

@Grin Dominee Alan @Mike Verna Hawaii, and Maui in particular, is/can be great for VR's, you just have to be careful about finding the right properties.

Also, eXp has classes offered either live or watched later on literally every possible topic. in the eXp VR world you can "walk in" to seek any support staff assistance, Mastermind meetings, etc etc.

Managed over 300+ rentals through a nationwide VR company so I'm quite experienced in handling large accounts.
