Not the lead guys but the dirt bags that work for them...the helpers.. hawking stuff while at the house while they are working and then coming back at night and breaking in and stealing stuff..

This is a question for a lawyer not an internet forum, also you might want to make sure that the buyer is actually interested in the specific property you have before you sign the contract because if they aren't you could be stuck holding the bag.

If he’s willing to defraud the government who’s to say he doesn’t take the money and run after you refinance, assuming you can successfully, leaving you holding the bag and seriously underwater?
