What made you choose that route over more traditional options like cash or conventional lending?

No matter which brokerage you choose, you should be prepared to generate your own leads (the only way to build a sustainable business) and find answers to your own questions/challenges/dillemas, etc.

Choose a good market and find a good agent that can connect you with their core-4.

A lot of people love the idea of real estate so they choose to flip houses (which is a business not very different to a used car lot) to generate money, so they have some to invest in buy&hold.

As long as you budget for proper coverage and choose well-built properties, those markets can offer strong returns and lower entry prices.

I did choose to get a mentor and it is going well.
