I would also find an attorney who you really like and can assist on some of your corporate decisions (like LLC). also I would reconsider using business credit vs cash for an investment as too much leverage can be bad. welcome and continue to network !!

the only ones I have seen that work for out of area owners are the HIGH end fishing lodges in Alaska Northern BC that cater to the folks that will pay 10k or more for a week of fishing and finest cuisine possible.

Option B we buy a 5-6 bed house somewhere ( doesn't matter where) and live with three other people who would pay us rent and we would live there with them and we can do the apprenticeship and RN while we get into our corporate housing business.
