That means you could be covered if you are diagnosed with Coronavirus, but foreseeable events such as becoming quarantined due to the Coronavirus will not be covered.

Also due to quarantine majority of my maintenance wing have shut down except for emergency work.

It has been interesting to see real estate firms put in place CDC guidelines recommendations for buying and selling homes during self quarantine.
