I have a chance to buy a property on East Upsal, 2 blocks from Germantown AV.

Probably will take awhile to get those rolling, but may provide a nice bump for the AV and Northrop both, and you'll have a front seat to know when and how big.

@Joe Fairless I had a partner on that deal who took care of the list, I took care of the logistics of creating the radio scripts and arranging the venues for the presentations as well as the AV team.

I would offer looking into the AV.

I have no idea how the thread got sidetracked about Little Rock.If you work in in the AV part of the high desert, you ought to track down my close friend Tony Alvarez, who's one of the biggest SFR owners in the area. 

I live close to the AV and have done one deal there.  

Then again, if Aerospace grows significantly, the AV will be rockin'.
