We have poor here who have higher standards of housing that much of the world and yet many are discontent. 

For now, I would just suggest that you verbally explain your discontent with the tenants, let them know that what they did was NOT OK.

Yes, it could also breed discontent as Nathan says, I don't know.

I currently have 3 Agents that have followed me... my approach is to continue to focus on selling real estate and to encourage anyone who is discontent with their current Broker to consider eXp. 

I was attempting to gain inspiration and improve my situation my striking up a conversation with the fine folks of BP.I suppose if you're not jogging on a perpetual hedonic treadmill, then it would be difficult to empathize with somebody with successful, however financial discontent.....Is that an oxymoron?  

I have seen and heard (in my short time) a lot about people just jumping ship from their day job (out of discontent, lack of passion, etc.) and losing a paycheck.

Little things add up to overall discontent with a house, right?  

The idea has led me and many others to a constant state of comparing what we have/are to what we think we should have or be and either being pridefully pumped or jealously discontent. 

This differs from most larger schools as the chapter general owns, or the school owns, the chapter house.The current landlord has become extremely discontent with the tenants, threatening to find new tenants, because of the condition of the house.

Something tipped off the IRS.It’s very hard to know what started the investigation but it could have been as simple as someone feeling they got cheated on a deal and called a lawyer or a discontented employee, an ex girlfriend or ex spouse, etc.The point is, he was breaking the law& I think it’s unlikely the IRS drew his name out of a hat.
