We could handle two move outs at the same time, but when we hit three at the same time we would have loved to outsource it.We would also love to have someone else hire and monitor landscaping, all maintenance, verifying previous landlords and employment, or rent collection while we are out of town.

hey y'all. i have a buyer who wants to purchase using her self-directed 401k. she told me that she was advised that she would need to use a nonrecourse loan. i don't have experience with this, so i would love any insight i can draw from the collective here. does anyone have experience buying with their self-directed retirement account?
