It's good that you're acknowledging there will be learning curve but the only lesson you are going to learn here is not to build the least expensive home humanly possible ever again. 

With that note those of us who use AI to help write listing descriptions we must be careful to put a human touch so you do not turn off potential guests.

If tenant complains about something and you do not fix it in time and there is an injury - you will be sued personally as you (human) did not fix it.

Humans are resilient, sort of like cockroaches actually.

However, every property is automatically reassessed once every three years, and that process is now almost entirely handled by a computer algorithm that looks at factors like recent sale prices (especially if the property sold on the open market), neighborhood trends, and comparable assessments.The only time a human assessor actually reviews your valuation is if you file an appeal.

Certainly I think that you need to be a human and have a communication line with your tenant (or your property manager should) versus automatically starting the eviction process on day 10. 

About the economy, IDK, so many variables incl AI robots replacing human labor and UBI etc, so who knows, but my gut feeling is I think it's going to be inflation.
