I have the property listed on multiple sites (furnish finder, airbnb, vrbo, zillow) 2 weeks ago and have yet to book a tenant, but have received numerous inquiries but every time I am in communication with them they seem to just stop responding even when I have an extremely fast response rate.Is this normal in anyone's experience?

However, that has come with a few challenges recently as many destination markets have clamped down on Airbnb regulations and many have also seen a dramatic increase in supply of listed Airbnbs, particularly over the last few years when the Travel sector boomed coming out of the Pandemic.

There has been a bit of movement in regulations here lately that are probably moving to more flexibility, but so far I don't see it in DFW much.
