If this is a central air unit,, it  might be better to shut off vents in  the top floor rooms and shut doors to rooms your not using, put single A/C unit in rooms you need to cool on 3rd and use only if you need to.did the service tech suggest a recharge for the A/C unit.. maybe it just needs more coolant, .. ..hard to know but I'd ask the landlord to take a look and see if it can be serviced.

Excellent reminder for all, thank you.I have a contract with a fire protection company to test and maintain detectors, as well as maintain/recharge/replace fire extinguishers.  

I used to put a small one in each of my units but now I maintain and recharge 2 large extinguishers in common hallways.

On the weekends, I let my body recharge and sleep until it wakes itself up. 

Battery should last around a week before needing recharging. 

Occupancy numbers can be an issue if you have low recharge rates.Also consider if electric is out you have no water. 

We have very good rebates for Full home Batteries even without Solar roofs, Texas utility customers could make back money if you program the Home energy system to recharged at a low peak pricing to use at peak pricing.

Good managers deserve to take a break from the park and recharge their batteries.  

I just recharged a unit with Freon R-22 for a 1989 Trane System.
