It's almost like they wanna scam us as soon as they find out we are out-of-state.

I was able to to save a decent amount of capital and I really want to tap into the housing market as an investor.

I believe the statistical probability is quite high that BP investors/syndicators who connect with an oversees investor is a target of a scam. 

Set your goal to save $100,000 this year and if you fail and only hit $50,000 or $80,000, well you've failed in a great way.There are all kinds of websites, youtubes, and groups around that will waste your time and money trying to to get you excited about using OPM or no money down or trying to buy Sub2. 

They immediately believe they’ve been defrauded, which of course MAY be true as a lot of these investment deals are scams from day one.  

Everything on social media seems like a scam.

Looking back on the sketchy documentation for the initial repairs I feel was scammed. $780 to repair one window?

James is not afraid to go toe to toe, all the way to the courthouse, to preserve his ability to speak his mind, including on these forums...I will also say that if James asked me if I personally had an alter ego that I use to solicit capital from investors with, the answer of course would be "no" and I would easily be able to put his challenges to rest.Be assured that I am following the thread.
