Hi Tak Adachi, are your properties in the city itself or outside in the suburbs?

Granted he went about it a little different choosing to partner with a local investor, but he still considers it the same as buying from a Tak company.  

If so are there any recommendations for someone to tak to about my options and how to approach this adventure?

you need all these numbers to figure how long it will tak ejust to break even.Are you going to self manage?

As does a form on your website for a service request.Texting is too informal and too immediate a medium to use with tenants.Tenant:"hi my hot H2O heater iz broken, i nEd U 2 fix it fst so dat cats don't hav 2 tAk a showR n cold water!"

It really taks forever as we hand write them to property owners she finds and only send out 20-40 at a time.

I'd like to hear this one. it only taks ponding each letter 3/4 tims to post here took 1 min ++ to do this!!!!!!!
