If we do a FSBO, we will watch as many videos and read asmany thing as we can over the next few weeks.

Also, I'm going to start doing education videos.

For those unfamiliar, Claude Code is Anthropic's command-line tool for agentic coding - it's definitely more of a power-user interface compared to the standard AI chats.

I have taught a video series with this on one of my single family builds recently and also have built several small multifamily construction with a new one coming in the next 9 months where I will do a video series with costs.

Luckily, at this early stage, you don't necessarily need a mentor to learn a lot about REI.You can (and should) learn a lot about numerous REI niches by reading, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and learning as much as possible.
