Paid, the most actionable walkthroughs I’ve seen are from Bryan/Anita at RJM or Project Management courses that include scopes, schedules, and draw management; if you buy anything, make sure it includes a printable sequence like demo → structural/rough‑ins → inspections → insulation/drywall → finishes → punch.

If you're in a deal where the contractor under bid to win the job and now is asking for money from you to finish, in the meantime your loan is going and going and eating into your profit and then your house will compete with other finished products on the market.
