But I know an individual that received a great opportunity with a 10 million dollar deal and a young woman and she had not ever done a deal..no credit and no money..

If I were a betting woman and had to pick one of these cities, my money would be strongly on Detroit, no question.I think this thread can serve as a great reminder to folks about how cities and neighborhoods can change, not always for the better.

I spoke to one woman on the block when I used to live there that said she told her landlord she was moving out after 5 years because she couldn’t deal with the neighbors constant fighting and uncleanliness.
