Ah, but with that LLC will come a magical corporate veil that the local district management judge won't be able to pierce, perhaps with his penetrating judicial lance...It's all a load of hocus-pocus baloney telling us that without that LLC, we're at the judge's mercy and his big bad black judicial lance will come penetrating in tender, sensitive places that make us squeal and call out for our mommies.

My first suggestion is to only look out of state after you have "cut your teeth" closer to home where you can experience and learn from the process way more quickly.

I have noticed over the years that a lot of my clients are very rate sensitive when they buy, but then they turn around and try to cash out refinance a year later!

The last time I contemplated a crashpad in Houston, I was thinking private rooms throughout the place for the older, more privacy sensitive pilots I knew (along with a much higher rate), but I never got that far.
