Once a fix is rolled out people an announcement should be made so people who do have a bit of a problem with their existing profiles can then go back and clean things up.Given the number of profiles that appear with extra spacing implies the issue is not specific to a browser/operating system combination.

When I suggest "forced charity" I am implying those who expect to be given something (tenant) should receive it by a specific person (their landlord).

A savvy seller or one who is well advised may call you on this, since the whole point of using "cash" is to imply no or fewer contingencies, which you aren't offering.
