Has anyone had issues with too much foot traffic noise from tenants who live in apartments above.Our tenants are not being overly loud but they have several kids and just the normal life with toddlers can create significant foot traffic noise for our other tenants.

@Chris ReyesMy father died and had no money nor asset to his name to leave to his family... luckily his kids were grown and working in careers.... made me realize my young family with 2 toddlers would be in really bad shape if I passed early.

And we all know you have toddlers and pre teens and they are rough on houses..

The fact that I am out of state makes it even more difficult because I am a single mom of 2 toddlers so I can’t go there physically before making a decision.
