Why does Budweiser spend 1,000,000 plus per Super Bowl commercial when they know that the viewer isn't going to go and buy a Budweiser product during the game and knowing that they most likely ALREADY sold the viewer their product?  

You could place something decorative there (glass, an adhesive, artwork) to give the viewer a sense that they are looking at or out a window. 

What do the viewers say?  

Under the current zoning (parcel viewer) the lot is zoned for 1 single family ever 40,000 square feet.

From an outside viewer, I would be nervous to work with either one of you, since you are fast to go public with any grievance and the realtor has poor communication skills and has no problem blaming external circumstances for lack of a simple courtesy call.

There was nobody who noticed that we produced viewer houses than in ANY other decade since your parents were born - and now we act surprised!

Viewers were mostly from same complex renting but want to pay below market price.  

Stick with it even when you have just 1 viewer.

Right now, 99% of this board and probably 99.9% of your viewers are not equipped to manage physical REI and there's other ways with a low barrier of entry to make money in REI.
