I've had to hire Real Estate brokers and Professional Engineers (PEs) as "expert witnesses" for defending various false claims.Regarding #3, the smaller your project, the less likely you'll see high impact study costs.

I don't think that is a dealbreaker, but something I have witnessed in the Indianapolis, IN area! 

But you never answer specific, pointed questions to back up your baseless accusations and assertions.

Personally, I've placed my confidence in Bozeman, having invested in both rental properties and established my primary residence in the greater Bozeman area.In my capacity as a real estate appraiser, my focus on long-term value factors has allowed me to witness the area's consistent appreciation.

When you are across country on vacation and during a bus tour of the city you wonder how much are the properties going for out there and decide to check out the real estate section of the local paper... before long your loved one catches you and accuses you of working on vacation.

@Les Jean-Pierre The news from New York about AirBNB is interesting and likely trend setting.I read last week that Stephen Ross of The Related Group has asked his residential property managers and tenants to keep an eye out for AirBNB use in their properties.As the deep pockets (aka bigger), large owners such as The Related Group likely want to avoid being accused by NYS of supporting a concept that requires regulation.Many cities globally follow New York's lead on policy (e.g., the smoking ban in restaurants). 

I was past my inspection period but we both wanted the sale to go through the following day.Yeah, you can't engage at the level accusations or of misrepresentation.
