Where is all that great florida citrus grown by the way?

Ive grown my agent side of the business in the past 5 years into being in the top 1% in my profession, and still continue to grow it.

A few times a year I binge on food that I've grown myself - I have several apple trees, a peach tree that puts out 300-400 peaches a year, blueberry bushes and my garden - so that is healthier than eating other stuff.

Just reading between the lines of your post, I’m going to make some assumptions, so forgive me if I’m way off…It sounds like you’ve grown up being mentored by your dad in his brand of real estate, so this is all you can see.

Columbia has grown a lot recently but is highly sought after.

Also, a signed contract lets the bank (or any lender) know you're not yanking their chains.

Or have those just grown over time?

As a DC landlord and property owner, I have grown tired of the constant burden of red tape in the district which unfairly benefits those who know how to play the system.I had the thought of joining up with other owners to see if we can form a group to petition the district to make the judgement and eviction process fair for us.Anyone interested??
