Unfortunately, you do not have the right to dispose of someone's items without court intervention or if it was abandoned.

Still, good news.But then something happened, government COVID intervention, where we printed $10 Trillion and injected that intravenously into the economy’s carotid artery.

Add in water/moisture sensors, etc and you could have a fully-wired house sending you alarms to allow early intervention to what could become major issues.

You need information, you need education, you need to be advised about what areas of real estate investing involve the laws, regulations, government intervention and prohibition. 

All contracts are assignable unless other it says no.Even if they say "no you can't assign it" you can still wholesale it...Example...Get the property under contract...Market it.. find end buyer...Then make addendum to purchase contract by "adding a buyer"close the deal...Quit Claim the "Yourself" of title...In a nut shell YES - MLS Properties can be "wholesaled"... but with the government intervention (especially the GSE's)... it is alot easier to do equity deals or going direct with the seller...Jeff Coga
