I went there during covid when only Germans and French citizens could go there without quarantine and had a seller who needed to sell urgently.I attach some pictures:Prospects: In my opinion excellent, Prices are low, country is relatively stable and tourism is increasing in huge % rates every year (with an obvious drop due to Corona now, thats why apartment prices went also down and one should buy now!).

From reading these comments, it looks like I'm not alone.I guess it's like how I don't do my hair and make-up for my husband during quarantine, taking people for granted is human nature!

We've halted all non-essential maintenance on our properties given that Seattle and Tacoma are pretty much on quarantine lock-down.

We are on the verge of a nationwide quarantine which will halt all nonessential transportation.

One resident's child was quarantined for 14 days and she was kut of work but back at work and will pay as soon as they get check paid on 15th.

I don't think people are going to put up with the quarantine for much longer.
