If it's section 8 rental get a bare bones fridge and forget the ice dispenser.If it is a definitely good/great area and renters that are attentive to keeping things cared for, I would go w/ scratch and dent with the dispenser.Also, I suggest you get a good carpenter or handyman to solidly fix your door.
