I've used All-Star Property Management for a couple of years now.  

On a scale of 1-5 stars, I give it a 3.5.  

I have a nice sized house (3k sf) in a nice community close to everything, on a lake, fenced in yard with nice pool & screen house, all 5-star reviews, but both last summer and this summer have been about 50% occupancy.

W.e the desire the more we gain the more we always want and in reality changing it is impossible as changing the stars.

You’re obviously are a rock star at saving money!

As far as your ultimate goals I say shoot for the stars, but don’t lose sight of where you are right now.

However, if you buy say a coffee a couple times a week at Starbucks, that won’t necessarily break the bank.If I spend 3 dollars (approximate cost of star bucks hot chocolate, as I don’t drink coffee) 3 Times a week, that’s 36 dollars a month or 468 a year.

Plus with Disneyland adding Star Wars land in 2 years I'm wondering if the home value will go up even more? 

I saw the infomercial for this briefly yesterday as I had never heard of the guys who say they are HGTV stars.. and then I googled .then I got on their web page.they promise to teach you how to snap flip.. you need no money no credit blah blah blah.. 1200 for first training  ... you find the deal they fund them.. but then if you want advanced training its 30k or more.Same ole Same ole..
