Also, we make it our business to go to our VR every 4-6 weeks ourselves to visit, check on our house, extra cleaning, and to meet with our cleaner.

In a nutshell they are requesting no vacation rentals (VR's), no subletting, no room renting, and a minimum term of 60 day rentals.

This is probably getting into "consult a lawyer" territory, but I've done some digging in MO's regs off and on for the last year for other VR-related matters and can't find any mentions at all in state statutes identifying what exactly is considered "renting" or "leasing."
