@Ken Dillard, we have a VR in the mountains in CO so I include the text below in my cancellation policy on my rental agreement.

Also, we make it our business to go to our VR every 4-6 weeks ourselves to visit, check on our house, extra cleaning, and to meet with our cleaner.

In a nutshell they are requesting no vacation rentals (VR's), no subletting, no room renting, and a minimum term of 60 day rentals.

This is probably getting into "consult a lawyer" territory, but I've done some digging in MO's regs off and on for the last year for other VR-related matters and can't find any mentions at all in state statutes identifying what exactly is considered "renting" or "leasing."

I currently utilize Evolve for my marketing/booking/calendar/payment services for my VR in Lake Tahoe.  

I love the beach, so I guess I would lean towards becoming the VR Queen.  

Some friends and I are considering buying a VR together, which we plan to use a little and rent out the rest of the time.

It is a V/R that is fully furnished and I just had the inspection and some of the appliances and furniture are in poor condition.

I've come across rape, murder, child porn, kidnappings all facilitated, anonymously because of digital currency.
