I have used the 18x24" signs in the past and they do get the phone ringing.

Corollary: if it's not ringing, start dialing.

You can then set google voice to ring multiple people at once.

Don't expect the phone to ring off the hook from one mailing.

Martin,I personally use Ring Central and use local numbers to the area that I am investing in. they are trackable and I can see where my marketing dollars are going.

Over time when your phone rings you can quickly weed out the tire kickers at that point.

It keeps the phone ringing either way.
