as you know BP crowd tends to be very protective of its fellow beginners who are looking at coaching and guru's and the like.. to the point of anti coach and guru.the only pod cast on BP I listened to. and it was only for a few minutes.. as my attention span for those things is about 10 minutes then I get board and get back to making money.But what I heard of Mr.

He was a guest on the BP real estate Pod cast over the last few weeks...

After listening to some of the pod casts and reading through the ultimate beginners guide on this site, I have updated my investment plan.

You can cast dispersions all you want, but numbers speak louder than your inaccurate assumptions.

But like most things you are going to have a ton of beginners listening to someone who is just out to sell guru programs and one size does not fit all in every state.. but one they get a BP pod cast its off to the races.

Not looking to gain income from it, but just as a differentiator in my offerings.Let's for one moment cast aside the liability issues such as software, music, movie pirating, child porn access, or even someone viewing a site on how to make a bomb...let's put these aside because there are solutions and layers to those.One issue I run into frequently is often time internet and cable TV are thought of as one in the same. 

That’s a pretty wide net your casting.

Given the current market conditions the only thing you can do is cast a bigger net.
