In fact I would argue that some of the observations in the book are outdated.

One of the reasons I relied heavily on hyperlink citations and repeatedly said that I wish the best is so that someone who is assessing this on such an emotional level would see that my observations were objective.

Maybe you should sit back and observe a little more first.  

Hi Kyle,I had made a post the other day about my observations for success in this industry and while I agree with many of your suggestions there is one I definitely don't and that is on the professional photographers.

Just from my observations it seems apartments can go for cheaper than a SFH.
