East coast I always want to pick my own closer or title co.West coast it makes no difference.. one company represents both buyer and seller and the insurer is one of the national insurance companies just comes down to review the Pre lim.. as we call it.. or title commitment as its sometimes called out east

While many of the higher-up employees at these facilities likely won't be renters (doctors, nurses, professors), having these facilities means many associated jobs (janitors and sim.) which are more likely to be renters.

I've been looking at the available listings (this is difficult, because they only have the Parcel Number, and you have to put that into the Appraiser site to get an address and details on the property), and we plan to do a "sim".

Here are the four things I order 1- BPO (150.00)2- home inspection (350.00)3- pre-lim (225.00 maybe free)4- appraisal. (500.00) That 1225 tells me everything I need to know and I’ll kick the deal at each stage if the numbers don’t perform.
